You'll Need:

1 container uncooked Jasmine Rice

8 containers Water

2 inches New Ginger, stripped (pick)

¼ tsp Salt

How to Make:

  1. Consolidate rice, water, ginger, and salt in the bowl of a Moment Pot/weight.

  2. Close and lock the cover.

  3. Set the weight cook/manual setting on high for 22 minutes.

  4. Enable the strain to discharge normally. (Note: This is critical. Congee is exceptionally bland and, if the weight is physically discharged, it might froth and stop up the weight discharge valve.)

  5. Open the top. Serve congee warm.
