You'll Need:

1 onion, finely diced 

2 tablespoons oil 

4 garlic cloves, minced 

1 tablespoon finely ground ginger 

1/2 teaspoon turmeric 

1/2 teaspoon curry powder 

4 tablespoons red curry glue 

3 containers low sodium vegetable soup 

2 containers water 

16 ounces yellow lentils 

1 head cauliflower, cut into chomp estimate pieces 

2 containers solidified peas 

Salt, to taste 

Cooked white rice 

How to Make:

Stage 1 

Warmth an extensive skillet over medium warmth. Sauté onion in oil for a couple of minutes until translucent. Include minced garlic cloves, finely ground ginger, turmeric, and curry powder. Sauté one more moment. 

Stage 2 

Include red curry glue and blend while sautéing an additional 30 seconds. Pour in low-sodium veggie juices and glasses water. Convey to bubble, and blend in yellow lentils. Blend and decrease warmth to a stew. Stew revealed until lentils delicate, around 20 minutes. 

Stage 3
