You'll Need:



  1. 2.5 lbsskirt, flank or level iron steak, cut into 1/4 inch meager strips

  5. 2 tbspcornstarch 

  6. 1 tbspcanola oil 

  7. 2 cupssnow peas 

  8. 4 tbspbutter 

  9. 1/4 cupbeef or chicken juices 

  10. 4large garlic cloves, minced 

  11. green onions (discretionary) 

  12. crisp parsley (discretionary)




How to Make:



  1. In a medium measured bowl combine soy sauce and cornstarch until consolidate. Include cut meat and hurl until all meat is covered with the marinade. Put aside for a few minutes.
