You’ll Need:



  1. 2 boneless skinless chicken bosoms 

  2. 2 teaspoons olive oil 

  3. salt and naturally split dark pepper 

  4. 2-4 sprigs crisp herbs like thyme, whenever wanted 

  5. garlic see note 1 

  6. 2 tablespoons spread ghee, or other oil, see note 3 

  7. Hardware Required 

  8. sous vide accuracy cooker 

  9. vacuum seal packs or one-gallon locking plastic sustenance stockpiling sack like Ziploc 




How to Make:



  1. Fill a pot or other warmth safe compartment 1/3-1/2 brimming with hot or warm water. Preheat sous vide exactness cooker to 146.5º Fahrenheit (63.6º Celsius). 

  2. Brush or rub olive oil uniformly over the two sides of chicken bosoms. Season with a lot of salt; split new dark pepper over.
