You’ll Need:



  1. 1 kg potatoes, stripped and diced 

  2. 3/4 glass sans gluten plain flour. Normal plain flour will likewise work 

  3. Salt and pepper to taste 

  4. For the mushroom filling 

  5. 250g mushrooms, finely diced 

  6. 1 medium onion, finely slashed 

  7. 2 garlic cloves, finely slashed 

  8. 15g dill, generally slashed 

  9. 1 tbsp oil 

  10. 2 tbsp lemon juice 

  11. Salt and pepper to taste 

  12. Squeeze of bean stew drops 

  13. More oil for browning 




How to Make:



  1. Add the diced potatoes to a vast skillet and spread with water. Heat to the point of boiling, bring down the warmth and leave to stew until cooked through (20-30 minutes). Channel, pound and season well with salt and pepper. Leave to cool while you make the filling. 

  2. Warmth 1 tbsp oil in a griddle and sauté the onions for around 5 minutes. Include the garlic, mushrooms, lemon juice, bean stew drops and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook for around 15 minutes or until the mushrooms and delicate and a large portion of the fluid has vanished. Remove the warmth and overlap in the hacked dill.
