You’ll Need:



DRESSING
3 tbsp additional virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1½ tsp maple syrup or sugar
1 shallot, super finely diced
1 tbsp tricks, super finely diced
salt and pepper to taste
TEMPEH BACON
2 tbsp tamari (if GF) or soy sauce
2 tbsp apple juice vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
¾ tsp smoky sweet (not hot) paprika or a couple of drops of fluid smoke
200 g/7 oz tempeh (or firm cotton tofu, squeezed)
REMAINING Fixings
500 g/17.5 oz new potatoes (I utilized Charlotte assortment)
olive oil
2 heads of pearl lettuce. leaves destroyed generally
50 g/1.75 oz child spinach
250 g/8.5 oz sweet cherry tomatoes, split
1 ready avocado, cut or cleaved 



How to Make:



DRESSING 
  1. Blend all the fluid fixings in a medium blending bowl. 

  2. Include finely cleaved shallot and escapades. Season to taste. Put aside. 

TEMPEH AND Dish POTATOES 
  1. Make the marinade by blending tamari (or soy sauce), apple juice vinegar, maple syrup and paprika together in a medium blending bowl. 

  2. Cut the tempeh into 3 mm/0.1″ cuts and spot it in a bowl. Spoon the marinade over. Enable the cuts to marinate for whatever length of time that you can (yet 30 minutes at any rate), spooning the marinade over the unsubmerged surfaces once in a while. 

  3. Warmth up the stove to 180° C/350° F fan (200° C/390° F no fan) and spot marinated tempeh on a heating plate with a flame broil. Brush it with a little olive oil and prepare for 10 minutes. Turn the pieces over, brush with a little olive oil and heat for an additional 10 minutes. Prop the stove up.
