You’ll Need:

For the Brownie Layer 

1 container margarine 

1/2 container dim cocoa powder 

4 eggs 

2 containers sugar 

2 teaspoons vanilla 

1 teaspoon salt 

1/2 containers flour 

1/2 teaspoon preparing powder 

For the Cheesecake Layer 

2 - 8 ounce bundles cream cheddar, mollified 

1/4 container sugar 

1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 

1/2 teaspoon peppermint remove 

2 1/3 containers Andes Peppermint Crunch Chips, isolated 

2 teaspoons shortening 

16 ounces Cool Whip, defrosted and separated 

Andes Peppermint Crunch sweet treats, cut into triangles

How to Make:

  1. Preheat stove to 350 degrees. Shower a 9x13 container with nonstick splash. 

  2. Dissolve the margarine in a little pan. Race in the cocoa powder. Let cool marginally. 

  3. Beat the eggs until light hued. Include the sugar and concentrates and beat once more. 

  4. Mix in 1/4 measure of margarine/cocoa blend rapidly. Include whatever is left of the margarine blend and beat once more. 

  5. Filter together the flour, salt, and preparing powder. Gradually beat into the wet blend in the bowl.

  9. Overlay in half of the Cool Whip and 1/2 container Andes chips. 

  10. Cut the brownies into 1 inch squares. Spot a large portion of the brownies in the base of a fool bowl. 

  11. Top with half of the peppermint cheesecake. Rehash layers. 

  12. Spread the best with the 2 1/2 glasses Cool Whip and Andes chips. 

  13. Twirl the last 1/2 glass Cool Whip around the edges with a funneling pack and icing tip 21. 

  14. Top each whirl with sweet treat triangles. Keep refrigerated and secured until serving.
