  • 350 g/12 oz chicken thigh , skinless boneless, cut 
  • 2 Japanese eggplants, , little, 1cm/2/5" cuts 
  • 1/2 glasses snow peas , little, cut 
  • 16 Thai basil leaves 
  • Juice of 1/2 lime , to taste 
Enhancements: 
  • Fresh browned Asian shallots , high prescribed 
  • Thai basil or cilantro/coriander , prescribed 
  • Green or red chillies cuts , discretionary 




Guidelines :
  1. Warmth oil in a substantial based skillet or pot over medium high warmth.
