1/2 tsp Pulverized Garlic

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

1 15oz (425g) Can Dark Beans (Depleted)

1 15oz (425g) Would sweet be able to Corn (Depleted)

Ocean Salt and Dark Pepper to Taste

For the Guacamole:

2 Avocados

1/2 New Lime (Crushed)

Ocean Salt and Dark Pepper to Taste

For Gathering:

1 and 1/4 containers (9oz/155g) Ground Veggie lover Cheddar

8 Tortillas (Wheat or Corn)

How to Make:

  1. Set up your dark bean and corn blend. Include the hacked onion and pounded garlic to a skillet with the olive oil. Include the cayenne pepper and cumin and sauté until the onions are diminished. Include the dark beans and corn and sauté until warmed and all around blended with the flavors. Include ocean salt and dark pepper to taste. Put aside.

  2. Set up your guacamole: Crush the avocados, press in the lime squeeze and include ocean salt and dark pepper to taste. Set side.

  3. Mesh the veggie lover cheddar and put aside.

  4. Warmth up a skillet (dry, no oil) and after that add 1 tortilla to the container. Give it a chance to toast a little on one side until in all respects somewhat sautéed, and after that flip it. Include some dark bean and corn blend to the other side of the tortilla, finished with some guacamole and after that some vegetarian cheddar. Crease the tortilla over to close it. Search with your spatula so the best sticks. Cook for two or three minutes before flipping and cooking for several minutes on the opposite side with the goal that the two sides are pleasantly seared and toasted.

  5. Expel from the skillet and rehash with the following tortilla until each of the 8 tortillas are done.

  6. Cut every quesadilla down the middle (or even into quarters in the event that you incline toward) and serve.
