You’ll Need:


1/2 container grill sauce 

1/2 container soy sauce 

1/4 container pineapple juice 

1 tablespoon dark colored sugar 

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 

1/2 tablespoons minced garlic 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

1 teaspoon sesame oil 


1 pound (500 g) chicken bosoms cut into 1-inch 3D shapes 

16 bacon rashers cut of overabundance fat and split lengthways (2 1/2 inch x 1-inch). 

3 mugs new cubed pineapple 

1 substantial red pepper (capsicum) diced into 1-inch pieces 

1 extensive green pepper (capsicum) diced into 1-inch pieces

How to Make:

  1. Combine the bbq sauce with the soy sauce, pineapple juice, rice vinegar, garlic and sesame oil in a vast container or bowl. 

  2. Preheat a flame broil container (or barbecue plates on the bbq) over medium-high warmth. 

  3. String the red onion, red pepper (capsicum) piece), pineapple, green pepper, bacon and chicken onto sticks, folding the bacon over the chicken as presented previously.
